Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, or it is past Nov 1, 2025 we cannot offer you a refund. We will make sure you still get your limited edition tournament jersey delivered to your home city.
Knees That Craic acknowledges that inclement weather, including lightning, can occur, and advises attendees to be prepared and follow instructions from volunteer staff. All sales are final and we cannot issue a refund due to weather.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
